Job Description:

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Execution Digitalization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and process optimization across our manufacturing locations.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Lead the site preparation and implementation of Manufacturing Execution solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and business-related gate deliverables.
  • Develop and replicate best practices across Solventum manufacturing locations, identifying and driving value realization opportunities.
  • Support the development of blueprint and deployment strategy for Manufacturing Execution, gathering site requirements and understanding system capabilities and functionality.
  • Define, understand, and test new Manufacturing Execution solutions using ERP and MES systems.
  • Ensure the transfer of knowledge to plant teams, developing technical documents and training resources.
  • Escalate and facilitate the resolution of critical issues/risks that impact deployments and production.
Your Skills and Expertise:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in supply chain or Quality Management.
  • OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12+ years of experience in supply chain.
  • Additional qualifications include a degree in Engineering, IT, or Control Systems, experience in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated manufacturing environments, and strong project management skills.
