MKTG Sports + Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sponsorship Strategy Manager to collaborate with our esteemed Fortune 500 clientele in executing comprehensive sports marketing strategies, partnership activations, and influencer initiatives.
This role involves mentoring and collaborating with junior team members, and it offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Sponsorship Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including partner/vendor identification, program supervision, and budget reconciliation.
- Engage with clients to ensure continuous satisfaction and effective collaboration.
- Support senior leadership in the execution of formal partnerships, leveraging all available client assets.
- Work alongside league and team partners to cultivate exceptional marketing collaborations.
- Collaborate with client teams to formulate activation campaign proposals.
- Draft and refine critical documents, including activation plans and client-ready POV documents.
- Manage activation campaigns and events comprehensively.
- Maintain oversight of all activation programming, including annual and event-specific budgeting.
- Comprehend project budgets and manage expenses diligently, adhering to internal guidelines.
- Willingness to travel is necessary, including weekends and occasional holidays.
