Job Summary

This role involves significant physical activity; candidates must demonstrate the necessary physical capabilities to fulfill the following responsibilities: Employees are expected to consistently stand, walk, carry, grip, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. The position often requires reaching overhead, climbing, and navigating various heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks safely, prioritizing safety when operating machinery and equipment.
• Accurately measure and weigh raw materials.
• Load molds with the appropriate raw materials.
• Ensure correct selection of mold part numbers, including any necessary graphics and inserts.
• Remove completed products from molds and transfer them to secondary processes as required.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in counting and performing basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to learn and utilize basic hand tools.
• Capability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
