Job Summary

This role demands physical stamina, as employees will be required to stand, walk, carry, grasp, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. The position also involves reaching overhead and climbing as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks safely, prioritizing safety while operating machinery and equipment.
• Accurately measure and weigh raw materials.
• Load molds with appropriate raw materials.
• Select the correct mold part numbers, including any necessary graphics and inserts.
• Remove completed products from molds and transfer them to subsequent processing areas as required.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and standard operating procedures.
• Competence in counting and performing basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to learn and utilize basic hand tools.
• Capability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
