\Job Summary
\We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.\

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.\
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.\
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining open communication, respect, and empathy towards colleagues and patients.\
- Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction within the organization.\
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.\
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of process improvements.\
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed about company updates, industry trends, and best practices.\

Requirements and Qualifications
\To be successful as an Occupational Therapist at TotalMed Staffing, you will need:

- A current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.\
- BLS certifications.\
- A minimum of two years of recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist.\
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.\
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.\
- The capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.\
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and standards.\
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.\
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the organization.\
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, and patients as needed.\
- Physically able to perform job duties with reasonable accommodations.\
Salary and Benefits
\TotalMed Staffing offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits, including:
