Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes. As an LPN with Maxim, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
Responsibilities:
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient information and care plans accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- One year of experience as an LPN, preferably in home healthcare
