As a key member of our Community Based Services team, you will play a vital role in providing short-term support and stabilization to youth and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish clear treatment goals and provide clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions.
  • Direct the activities of other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal-oriented and clinically appropriate.
  • Provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop support networks.
  • Offer support, education, and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety, and behavioral plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to identify and utilize long-term community supports and natural supports.

Requirements

  • Position requires background check, driving, and other record checks.
