- Identify potential safety risks and quality issues, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive innovation in safety and quality and testing practices, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on product quality performance, including key metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Lead capacity planning and production scheduling to meet market demand and business objectives.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to monitor and control product quality.
- Oversee internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage quality control teams and processes to identify and address any issues in a timely manner.
- 10+ years of industry experience, 5+ years of executive leadership experience in manufacturing, quality, and operations.
- Proven track record of product manufacturing and process improvement.
- Strong consumer product manufacturing and quality standards experience.
- BS degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets, including multi-million-dollar CAPEX.
- Strategic, conceptual, and operational thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at the senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.
