Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our environmental solutions team at Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental technology and soil remediation, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental solutions for clients, including in-situ solidification/stabilization (ISS), in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), and deep soil mixing (DSM) technology.
  • Manage laboratory design mix studies to optimize reagent combinations for project-specific completion criteria.
  • Interface with clients and project teams to identify, understand, and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Prepare technical reports, articles, and papers to enhance the company's technical reputation.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop marketing materials and proposals.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Geochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum five years of experience in soil remediation and environmental technology.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
