Observation Nurse Position

Job Description:
In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to observation patients in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. As an Observation RN, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- WA or Compact RN License
- 2 Years Experience as an Observation RN
- BLS Certification
- Floating between various like units within skill set
