Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Decision Unit RN to join our team in a 12-hour Night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $$115,000-$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and regional cost of living adjustments.
Job Description
In this role, you will work in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), where you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients who require observation or stabilization before being discharged or transferred to another department. Your primary duties will include administering medications, performing various diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent critical thinking and time management skills. You should also be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
