Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a courteous and service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards as required by scheduling, which may vary based on hotel needs.


Exhibit high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand guidelines).

Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.

Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including but not limited to preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.

Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

May be required to disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms to facilitate deep cleaning.


Deep cleaning responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, repairing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.
