Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Supervisor to join our Global Operations Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining facilities infrastructure and equipment, providing oversight of services provided by Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) outsourced service providers and OEM technicians, and serving as a liaison between company employees and GWS contractors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality oversight and support for facilities operational activities, including building maintenance, equipment maintenance, and cleanroom operations.
• Interface with and support all Lam business units as needed to resolve operations, safety, and environmental issues related to facilities.
• Analyze and evaluate complex and ambiguous problems with a focus on speed to solutions, and direct outsource provider resources or other vendors to solve both urgent and longer-term issues.
• Work with GWS Engineering and Lab Operations colleagues to investigate operational issues and provide planning for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacement.
• Identify building and system issues and drive them to closure.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to review and improve preventive maintenance tasks and frequencies.
• Participate or lead various programs and meetings, including Mechanical Workgroup, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Green teams, Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP), Safety committee meetings, Safety incident reviews, Safety initiatives, Emergency Response Team (ERT) trainings and responses, and Daily Operations Meetings.
• Participate in the design review process for facilities construction projects with consideration for effective operational support at project completion.
• Identify and catalog improvements that can reduce operating costs, increase system integrity, and improve operational resiliency and uptime.
• Review vendor proposals and coordinate purchase requisitions within forecasted budget.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six (6) years directly related experience.
• Maintenance and operation experience with Central Utility Systems, including Chilled Water Systems, Cooling Towers, Compressed Dry Air, Process Vacuum, Process Heating Water, Process Cooling Water, Recirculated Process Water.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain complex facilities infrastructure.
• Cleanroom operations experience is preferred.
• Experience with Building Management Systems and PLC controls.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System or Integrated Workplace Management System.
• Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
