Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
- Identify and report any equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use.
- Housekeeping
- Support the production process by maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
- Dispose of garbage, recycling, and production scraps as required by specific job duties.
- Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member
- Address and report any safety concerns or hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures.
- Work together with other team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
