Are you proficient in assembling electrical control panels? Do you have experience with hand tools and the ability to work from technical drawings?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct electric control panels according to client specifications and technical drawings.
  • Utilize standard assembly tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, wire strippers, etc.) effectively.
  • Interpret technical drawings and utilize measuring tools (both metric and imperial).
  • Provide clear instructions to team members.
Are you a good match? You should meet the following qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with business operations and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Ability to read both metric and standard measuring tools.
  • Capable of interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Mobility to navigate the plant floor.
  • Capacity to stand and work with arms raised for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and tools.
Work Schedule:
  • Standard hours from 7 AM to 4 PM.
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
  • No travel is necessary.
