Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys with various tasks related to commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting affidavits and preparing for depositions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure seamless case progress.
  • Collaborating closely with landlords, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful case outcomes.
  • Maintaining organized records of court cases and associated materials to ensure efficient case management.
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys with secretarial duties and court proceedings.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in real estate closings and a strong understanding of commercial leases and loans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work closely with legal teams and maintain confidentiality when required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
