**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble and modify PC Board assemblies using hot air and two soldering irons under a lab scope.
  • Perform surface mount work and/or through-hole rework as required.
  • Understand and apply RoHS (Lead-Free) and PC (Lead) soldering techniques.
  • Work in a fast-paced assembly environment with high attention to detail.
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in assembly and soldering.
  • Lead-Free soldering and assembly experience preferred.
  • Reliable and responsible with excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
