Job Summary

Pro IT Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations xPaaS Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability of our cloud infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production support and operations for our cloud infrastructure, including servers, network, storage, and security.
  • Ensure the achievement of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) for our cloud applications.
  • Partner with cloud engineering teams and technical product managers to support a continuously evolving platform.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to ensure their applications are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement and manage ITIL / ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, release, asset, configuration, and service level management.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Prometheus, and Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
