Sales at Tractian

The Sales team drives revenue growth for Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective prospecting strategies, schedule demos, close contracts, and create compelling product presentations.
  • Maintain close contact with the product and production teams to understand how our solutions work and align shipping schedules with customer needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers, and gain a deep understanding of maintenance managers' needs.
  • Visit industries as needed to solidify customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to customers who already see value in our solution, mapping their needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • 4-year university graduate.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience carrying quota in a high-performing environment.
  • Expertise in complex negotiations and enterprise deals.
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing or Engineering fields.
