JOB OVERVIEW:
The Night Operations Supervisor acts as the primary support to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and oversees operational coverage during night hours. This role involves direct supervision of restaurant operations and engagement with both customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and quality service. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and managing financial controls. Human resource duties encompass training, coaching, and conducting health and safety audits. The Night Operations Supervisor will also engage in hands-on operational tasks to train staff and address customer service needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of this role include:
  • Delivering fast, accurate service while fostering positive guest relations.
  • Ensuring product quality aligns with company standards.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assisting in financial management through cash control and inventory oversight.
  • Supporting the RGM in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Upholding food safety standards as a top priority.
  • Executing corporate and local marketing initiatives effectively.
SUPERVISION:
Directly supervises Team Members and Shift Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience in food service or retail required.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability is required.
  • Food handler's certification as per local regulations (can be obtained on-the-job).
  • Food safety certification (on-the-job training available).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and accounting skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with personal computers is preferred.
