Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
  • Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain constant communication between all departments and customers on current work orders.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong working knowledge of common computer software including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM programs.
  • Experience in metric-driven sales to consumers with demonstrated KPI achievement is a must.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • 1+ years of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service.
  • Very detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep efficient notes and records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including basic grammar and writing.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking.
  • Strong team player and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-home sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Ability to follow policy and procedures.
  • Ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $40,000 to $45,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commission potential based on sales. We also offer paid training, paid time off, benefits, and a company vehicle available for work purposes.
