- Drive leads and conduct lead generation activities such as local canvassing.
- Perform in-home consultations and provide estimates to clients.
- Build and nurture strong networking relationships with new and existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders in the market.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating client data, project status, and job details through CRM and quoting tools.
- Utilize customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain constant communication between all departments and customers on current work orders.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong working knowledge of common computer software including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM programs.
- Experience in metric-driven sales to consumers with demonstrated KPI achievement is a must.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
- 1+ years of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service.
- Very detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep efficient notes and records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including basic grammar and writing.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking.
- Strong team player and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- In-home sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Ability to follow policy and procedures.
- Ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $40,000 to $45,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commission potential based on sales. We also offer paid training, paid time off, benefits, and a company vehicle available for work purposes.
