- PH Licensed Practical Nurse Level 3: Annual salary - $38,926.79, Vocational/Technical degree in licensed practical nursing from an accredited college, four years of LPN public health experience, current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and CPR certification
- Public Health experience
- Experience with screenings, immunizations, GRITS, and interviewing patients
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking language
