Regional Sales Manager for ECHO

ECHO Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of high-performance outdoor power equipment. We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in North and South America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in developing and executing channel strategies to identify and establish dealer networks. They will also have a proven track record of implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of sales programs, as well as providing on-site support during installation processes.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for targeting end-users to promote the sales of ECHO robotic products, monitoring sales activity, and forecasting production requirements. They will also conduct sales calls with dealer representatives on key accounts and perform various other duties as requested to assist the operation and overall success of the division.
We are looking for a business-minded individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can establish rapport and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of turf and grounds-keeping is a plus, but not required. If you are a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel strategy to identify and establish a dealer network for North America.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of ECHO robotic sales programs.
- Provide on-site support during the installation process.
- Target end-users to promote the sales of robotic products.
- Monitor sales activity and forecast production requirements.
- Conduct sales calls with dealer representatives on key accounts.
Qualifications:
- Channel sales experience required, including making cold and warm customer calls.
- Previous equipment/industrial sales experience or product management experience preferred.
- Business-minded, with an entrepreneurial desire to be part of a new, growing division.
- Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team player who can also produce independent results.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
