About Us:

My Gym Children's Fitness Center is a globally recognized organization with over 600 locations, dedicated to providing exceptional recreational fitness and gymnastics programs for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences, including dynamic birthday celebrations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Child Fitness Program Assistant to support the Lead Instructor in conducting engaging classes. Your role will encompass teaching assistance, as well as contributing to our monthly objectives related to promotions and sales. There are ample opportunities for career advancement within our organization, including the potential to mentor new instructors. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of gym equipment and the facility, along with other assigned duties.

Key Qualifications:
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Experience in working with children
  • Background in fitness or related fields (child development, athletics, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, etc.)
  • Must pass a background check
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Opportunities to increase hours based on performance and interest (more hours lead to higher earnings)
