Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating passenger check-in processes at ticket counters and boarding gates.
- Confirming passenger identification and travel documents.
- Allocating seating arrangements and disseminating gate information.
- Managing baggage check-in procedures.
- Assisting with self-service kiosks.
- Ensuring all operational areas are maintained effectively (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
- Exhibiting enthusiasm in providing assistance across all passenger service areas.
- Complying with uniform standards and conduct codes.
- Collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in airline or aviation operations is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs comfortably.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Capability to stand for extended periods at check-in and gate areas.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with computer software applications.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment medical assessments.
- Random drug testing is a requirement.
- A 10-year background check is mandatory as per US Customs regulations.
