Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Manager to join our team and lead our HR operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results
  2. Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  3. Conduct HRIS administration and audits to ensure compliance and data integrity
  4. Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives
  5. Develop and maintain departmental SOPs and trainings
  6. Assist with annual performance reviews and background checks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or human resources
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
