Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the procurement of electrical services and commodities, managing a budget of over $10 million. This role reports directly to the Regional Procurement Project Executive and is responsible for supporting the engineering, estimating, and operations teams with supplier management and procurement.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement of electrical goods for The Link, including e-sourcing, master buyouts, RFPs, auctions, and negotiating rebate programs.
- Managing and replenishing inventory levels for business units.
- Establishing and managing the Power Design Tool Program.
- Defining spend visibility for the category, including history and category families.
- Defining the supplier strategy for general goods and services, including supply chain, contracts, and rebates programs.
- Reporting and creating monthly metrics and dashboards.
- Enforcing procurement guidelines, purchasing strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and meeting cost avoidance goals.
- Five (5) years of procurement or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's or related degree required.
- Familiarity with category management and e-sourcing, including software and data mining with office products.
- Knowledge and experience with commodity buying, supplier management, contracting, and negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interface with and prepare reports for all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
