As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and vendor selection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategy to ensure effective supply chain operations and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain optimal contracts and pricing.
  • Utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends and forecast inventory and distribution requirements.
  • Establish and execute processes that support inventory forecasting, planning, and control across all lines of business.
  • Implement and execute inventory planning and tactics that support the continuous supply of required materials and a flawless delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement and materials management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Windows-based Office software, along with strong ERP and MRP skills.
  • Management experience, including budget and personnel responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and developing direct reports.
