We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property & Casualty/Life Insurance Specialist to enhance our new business development efforts. The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively engaging with online leads through various communication channels.
- Consistently following up with internet leads via phone, text, and email as per our established follow-up protocols.
- Utilizing sales scripts effectively to provide quotes and achieve a multi-line sales rate of 75%.
- Adhering to guidance from both written and verbal coaching.
- Educating clients on the significance of life insurance, hospital indemnity, and short/long-term disability products.
While prior experience with State Farm is advantageous, we are open to considering candidates with documented insurance sales experience and references. The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for life insurance and demonstrate a genuine commitment to addressing customer needs.
Required Licenses:
- 220 Property & Casualty License
- 215 Life/Health/Annuity License
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry is required.
