Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience
- Engage patients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive patient experience.
- Operations
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and verification.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations and company policies.
- People & Performance Management
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to establish expectations and goals for pharmacy staff.
- Monitor and recognize improvements in pharmacy staff performance.
- Identify high-potential team members and collaborate with the Store Manager to manage career progression.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and insurance billing.
