Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Associate to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable:
    Accurately generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment. Process various forms of customer payments, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic transfers. Reconcile customer accounts and address any discrepancies or billing issues swiftly. Maintain precise records of customer transactions and account balances within the accounting system. Assist in conducting credit assessments for new and existing clients. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Purchasing:
    Support the purchasing process by processing customer orders and tracking deliveries. Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods and services. Verify the accuracy of purchase orders and invoices, resolving any discrepancies as needed. Maintain purchasing records and documentation in line with company policies. Assist the sales team in identifying new suppliers and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, purchasing, or a finance-related role, ideally within the software or technology sector. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
