Your expertise in wireless modem RF SW/FW development and integration, as well as RF verification, will be invaluable in driving our innovative solutions.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. A deep understanding of cellular modem FR1 and FR2 RF lineups, modem software layers, and RF transceiver components is essential. Experience in RF system integration into cellular modems and managing dependencies through various project phases is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality RF Firmware and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate project status and progress.
  • Drive RF Firmware development, validation, non-regression testing, release management, improvements, and defect resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead meetings, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, risks, and outcomes.
