    • Route non-clinical calls to relevant staff members, taking messages and forwarding them via our internal communication system.
    • Retrieve appointments and messages from our patient portal on a daily basis.
    • Complete patient registration for medical and dental patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Verify patient insurance coverage, ensuring seamless billing and payment processes.
    • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and fees, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
    • Prepare for the next day's schedule, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Requirements
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
    • Ability to communicate in different languages is highly desirable.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
    • Ability to type 40 wpm is highly desirable.
