Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

STAT Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with STAT Home Health, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise patient care and coordinate all aspects of patient care, including initiating and updating the plan of care.
  • Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, and order submission.
  • Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
  • Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.

Qualifications:

  • Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Minimum 1-year clinical experience as an RN or 1-year clinical experience as an LPN.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Compassionate and great time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility.
