Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, collaborating with account managers, and driving sales initiatives. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for language learning, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account managers to drive sales initiatives and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Input relevant sales, order processing, and other data into the CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Assist in maintaining Salesforce data hygiene
  • Process orders related to individual test takers
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Avant's language assessment and training products
  • Assist in ensuring successful onboarding of new clients and successful test implementations of new and existing clients
  • Manage the Avant online store
  • Write and edit internal documents as needed

  • Google Suite & MS Office
  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce, etc.), a plus
  • Interest in language learning, a plus
