Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care services for BYSHC Home Care Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and creating personalized care plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with supportive programs to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Document vital signs, potential fall risks, and skin integrity notes.
  • Maintain accurate records at regular intervals throughout the year.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in providing recommendations for patient's Activities of Daily Living (ADL) CNA's task list.

Qualifications

  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
