Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in PC usage and software applications, particularly MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Adept at analyzing and resolving customer issues.
  • Basic knowledge of vertical turbine pumping systems.

Work Environment:
