Job Overview

We are seeking a Healthcare Call Center Specialist to join our team at RemX. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our healthcare products and services, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
