About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nursing Technician to join our team at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing student to gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting while pursuing their education. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of licensed personnel to perform direct and indirect patient care activities, including clinical procedures and supportive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of licensed personnel
- Participate in clinical procedures and other duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program
- Eligibility to participate in clinicals in a hospital setting
- Completed first year of clinicals and fundamentals
