Position Overview:
The Patient Access Representative (PAR) serves as a vital initial contact for patients, embodying our organization's dedication to exceptional customer service and empathy. This role is essential in facilitating a seamless entry for patients into our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
The PAR will manage various aspects of patient intake, including:
1. Scheduling appointments
2. Registering patients
3. Verifying insurance information
4. Collecting payments upfront

Additionally, the PAR is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of patient data, which requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of insurance protocols.

Cross-Training and Flexibility:
The PAR will receive comprehensive training across all medical clinics and must be available for weekend shifts. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and insurance eligibility software is essential.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, organizational abilities, and basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office and 10-key operations.
