Position Summary:

The primary objective of Goodwin University is to provide education to a diverse range of students within a vibrant environment that integrates education, business, and community involvement. Role Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering services within the Admissions Reservation Center (ARC) and requires working scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective students; gather and enter their information; and direct them to the appropriate Admissions personnel.
  • Reach out to individuals who have requested information about the College via email or mail.
  • Follow up with potential students prior to their scheduled appointments.
  • Contact individuals who missed their appointments to reschedule.
  • Confirm attendance with all incoming students set to begin their studies.
  • Conduct reminder campaigns for registration through phone calls and on-campus interactions.
  • Achieve performance and service goals in a high-energy call center setting.
  • Occasionally manage a multi-line reception area.
  • Provide assistance to the Admissions front desk as needed.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform related duties as required or directed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training; stay updated with industry trends.
  • Support other departmental staff to foster teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the university community.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree is preferred.

  • Work shift schedules may vary.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to perform various physical activities including standing, walking, and using hands.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Vision Requirements:
  • Close vision required for tasks.
Compensation:
  • Annual salary of $36,000.
