We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team at Global Facility Management. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of work orders and other facility-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete daily assigned work order follow-ups and create new follow-ups as needed
- Monitor overdue follow-ups and escalate when necessary
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and clients
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to follow up with vendors and clients
- Confirm completion of service appointments and close tickets properly
- Use third-party technology sites to update clients as needed
- Handle high call volumes and maintain frequent email correspondence
- Support the team with activity reports and correspondence as needed
- One year of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Flexibility, initiative, and good judgment
- Attention to detail and strong customer orientation
- Proficient understanding of Excel, Outlook, and Internet research tools
The work is performed in an office setting with a moderate noise level. The physical demands of this job include sitting, standing, and walking on a level surface, as well as lifting up to 15 pounds for files and computer printouts.
