Full Cycle Recruiter

About the Role

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Utilize advanced behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidate skills and fit for the role.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience as a recruiter in a corporate HR department or recruiting agency.
  • Strong knowledge of proactive sourcing options and applicant tracking systems.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
