Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Divine Intervention Rehabilitation LLC. This role is ideal for a motivated and compassionate professional looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality community psychiatric support and treatment services, psychosocial rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and other related duties. A key aspect of this role is working effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Crisis Intervention services to recipients as needed, adhering to agency policies, procedures, and service definitions.
  • Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadline.
  • Serve as a team member for service planning and actively participate in team coordination and review.
  • Actively engage in the treatment of recipients.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Attend scheduled supervision, company meetings, and staff trainings.
Requirements
  • Fully licensed mental health professional or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with diverse populations.
  • Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. All applicants must have access to a cell phone, personal computer, and/or laptop.
