We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Agent to join our team at Connection. As a Help Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and software problems
- Work with customers to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
