Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Logistics Administrator to join our team at Richemont Americas. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for processing daily incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring error-free shipping, and maintaining a seamless repair process.

Responsibilities:
  • Process spare parts/stock reception, packing, and unpacking local and international shipments, intercompany transfers, stock postings, and other necessary processing.
  • Receive and open parcels from carriers in accordance with strict security guidelines.
  • Pack parcels with product and corresponding product packaging in accordance with strict security guidelines.
  • Pack hazmat shipments in accordance with FAA hazmat guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure correct shipping label and documentation is completed according to company policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill BOL (Bill of Lading) and Airway bills for local, international, and high-value shipments.
  • Assist with managing the Receiving/Unpacking/Shipping Mailbox and provide email responses to internal clients according to key performance indicators.
  • Order packaging and supplies used to support departmental processes.
  • Deliver incoming items/supplies to internal staging areas based on recipient name and department.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of employment in a production-based environment preferred
  • Previous SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to be proactive, follow directions, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change
  • Work with other departments on cross-functional projects or tasks based on business needs
  • Escalate issues concerning missing product to direct supervisor and security upon discovery
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Windows
  • Ability to stand for up to 9 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to handle/operate box cutters, tape machines, tape guns, and air film machine
