Position Overview

As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based application and data integration solutions that support the operations of a genetics testing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current software and systems to identify integration needs.
  • Create database scripts utilizing PostgreSQL.
  • Deliver comprehensive integration solutions to enhance internal business processes, facilitating smooth data transfer between CRM systems and both internal and external platforms, including Lab Information Management, billing, and reporting systems.
  • Employ ETL tools for effective data migration solutions, specifically using Jitterbit.
  • Utilize Copado for software deployment.
  • Develop and maintain SOAP and RESTful integrations within a complex application landscape, integrating with tools such as Conga, Looker, DocuSign, and Omni Live Chat through real-time, batch, and sync/async methods.
  • Leverage Lightning web components to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Gather business requirements to create innovative solutions that demonstrate functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure that the final software solutions align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, ETL processes, Agile methodologies, Copado, Lightning web components, Salesforce Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, IDE, Web Services, JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, and API integrations.
