Job Summary:

Recruiterscorner is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our Centralized Functions team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing a department of five groups, including two Assistant Managers, and a total of eleven employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Regional Sourcing Office, Export, and Cost Competitive Sourcing
  • Service Parts and Accessories Purchasing
  • Purchasing systems, reporting, and training
  • Material cost and performance tracking, product cost optimization process, planning round development
  • Capacity Management, bottleneck steering for group-affiliated components

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in automotive management
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree desired
  • Fluent German language skills
  • International procurement experience
