Summary/Objective
The Flat Rate Detailer's main task is to complete all assigned car detailing tasks on a daily and weekly basis. They need to be highly efficient, making sure to meet or exceed customer expectations, and following company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists the sales department and team in relocating, parking, and rearranging vehicles
  • Cleans vehicle exterior, interior, windows, and doorjambs
  • Applies wax to the car body and buffs the surface
  • Vacuums car interiors to remove dirt and debris
  • Cleans upholstery, carpets, and other surfaces with cleaning agents
  • Applies treatments to interior surfaces and fabrics
  • Cleans the engine and engine compartment
  • Uses special-purpose cleaners for challenging tasks
  • Inspects vehicles for defects
  • Restores vehicle appearances
  • Fills vehicles with fuel
  • Applies dressing on tires
  • Replaces missing or defective parts
  • Operates tools and equipment safely
  • Follows work rules and procedures
  • Follows attendance and punctuality standards
  • Follows directions from supervisors
