**Job Summary:** Marksman Security is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Security Operations to oversee security personnel and ensure the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee security personnel and ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contracts.
  • Recruit, hire, and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met.
  • Manage security personnel, including scheduling, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with uniform and equipment standards.
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required.
  • Florida valid Driver's License and clean driving history.
  • Flexible/on-call schedule availability.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
